Oak Heights Fundraiser

We played for a United Way fundraiser at Oak Heights Winery a little while back. This is another great restaurant you should find time to visit! You won't be disappointed. Pete the chef is extremely talented, the servers are lovely and very sweet, the atmosphere is warm and intimate, and they've just imported a new wine maker from Australia who promises to be a perfect addition to this fine artisan winery. It was a pajama party theme, hence the pajamas.

This is myself and my good friend Sally who manages the Winery.

From left, our server, the cutie patootie, Jackie, Troy, Rob, myself, and Sally.

Sunday Evening at Crabby Carol's

This is the infamous PHLO band that Troy and Rob play in, without me, but I do make guest appearances. Don Owen the owner of The Oasis/Crabby Carol's is the band leader and Bruce Longman fronts the show. They are all very talented musicians and combine to make a fantastic and in demand band.

This was our wonderful and lovely server for the evening, Beth. I'm sorry some of the pics are blurry.

Some of the fare served, always good eats.

This is another very talented local musician Shaun and his beautiful fiance Quinn.

Marny and John, fellow Montreal natives.

and happy dancers - John, Bev, Sissy, and her man.

Brunch at The Northside

The Northside is my favorite restaurant in Cobourg. The food is incredible, the service is always warm and friendly, and the atmosphere is hip and funky.

I love these light fixtures.

Rob and Troy setting up to play for the Sunday Brunch.

In the kitchen with Johnny (on the right) the chef and part owner, and Toby who works along side.

From left - Our handsome server Dorian who was celebrating his birthday, Jeff, the other owner and all round great guy, and Kerri, our drummer's lovely lady.

Food was much enjoyed.

Fiona is a local artist who is blossoming in her work. She has a series of these whimsical prints depicting local clubs and restaurants.
